Parágrafo

al artículo 414 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

Se podrá autorizar el régimen de cabotaje con descargue en territorio extranjero siempre que se trate de carga transportada en contenedor, cuente con los dispositivos electrónicos de seguridad exigidos y se encuentre amparada en un único documento de transporte internacional. En este caso se debe indicar esta circunstancia al momento de presentar la información del documento de transporte a través de los servicios informáticos electrónicos”.
