Artículo sexto . Exceptúense de lo dispuesto en el artículo primero del Decreto 2294 de 1956, los festivales de teatro que se organicen a partir del mes de agosto del presente año, y fíjanseles como canon de arrendamiento, el 10% de la entrada bruta de cada función, que ingresará al Fondo de Reserva del mismo.
