Articulo 1. Del campo ele aplicación. El presente Decreto regula la administración de personal del Ministerio de Salud, de los establecimientos públicos que le están adscritos, de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, de las Unidades Regionales de Salud y de las demás entidades adscritas al Sistema Nacional de Salud. También podrá aplicarse a las entidades sin ánimo de lucro vinculadas al Sistema Nacional de Salud, de conformidad cotí el Decreto 694 de 1975.
