º. La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, con aprobación del Gobierno Nacional y oído el Colegio de Notarios fijará la remuneración de los empleados subalternos de las Notarías cuyo trabajo se pague a destajo, por cada hoja de papel sellado que elabore. Dicha remuneración se modificará cuando las condiciones socio-económicas así lo aconsejen.
