º. TERMINO PARA LA RECONSTRUCCION DE LOS PROCESOS. El término será de seis (6) meses con procesado detenido y el doble en los que no hubiere acusado privado de la libertad. Estos plazos se contarán a partir del auto que ordena la reconstrucción y en el caso de comisión desde la fecha del auto que ordena cumplirla. A juicio del Magistrado Sustanciador y por motivos justificados, se podrán ampliar los anteriores términos hasta en una tercera parte.
