°. Creación . Créase la Comisión Intersectorial de Extinción de Dominio, que en adelante se denominará la Comisión, como un órgano para la coordinación y orientación de la ejecución de las funciones que deben cumplirse en el marco del proceso de extinción del derecho de dominio, para dar aplicación a la administración y destinaciones de los bienes a los que hace referencia el artículo 91 de la Ley 1708 de 2014.
