Concurrencia a cargo del Fondo Común de Naturaleza Pública Foncap . La Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (Ugpp) determinará con la liquidación de cada pago de nómina de la Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones (Caprecom), en calidad de empleador, el valor de la concurrencia a cargo del Fondo Común de Naturaleza Pública (Foncap). (Decreto 2252 de 2014, artículo 2°).
