Artículo séptimo. Asimismo, tendrán competencia para practicar exámenes a aquellos individuos que teniendo su residencia en los Municipios y Corregimientos de las Intendencias y Comisarías, fueren autorizados para presentarlos, lo que deberán hacer ante la Junta que funcione en la capital más próxima al Municipio o Corregimiento de su vecindad.
