Cuando el funcionario considere conveniente el examen del indagatoriado en el lugar mismo en que ocurrieron los hechos sobre los cuales debe ser interrogado, o ante las personas o cosas con ellos relacionadas, dispondrá lo conducente para que la declaración se tome en esta forma.
