El Instituto tendrá, igualmente, los funcionarios y empleados que determinen los estatutos y aquellos cuyos cargos se creen y provean de acuerdo con ellos. La Junta Directiva, puede establecer, con las formalidades que más adelante se determinan, comités de su seno en los cuales puede delegar el estudio y resolución de materias comprendidas en sus atribuciones y otros comités u organismos asesores.
