Artículo único. Concédese la siguiente franquicia telegráfica dentro de las prescripciones reglamentarias consignadas en el Decreto número 1700 de 1939 : Ministerio Público. N°. de palabras. Fiscales de los Tribunales y Juzgados, en asuntos crimínales, en asuntos civiles en que sea parte el Estado, y para dirigirse a la Procuraduría General de la Nación 30 Comuníquese y publíquese.
