Para el desarrollo de sus funciones la Agencia Nacional de Tierras, tendrá la siguiente estructura:

1. CONSEJO DIRECTIVO.

2. DIRECTOR GENERAL 2.1. Oficina de Planeación. 2.2 Oficina Jurídica. 2.3. Oficina de Control Interno. 2.4. Oficina del Inspector de la Gestión de Tierras.

3. DIRECCIÓN DE GESTIÓN DEL ORDENAMIENTO SOCIAL DE LA PROPIEDAD. 3.1. Subdirección de Planeación Operativa. 3.2. Subdirección de Sistemas de Información de Tierras.

4. DIRECCIÓN DE GESTIÓN JURIDICA DE TIERRAS. 4.1. Subdirección de Seguridad Jurídica. 4.2. Subdirección de Procesos Agrarios y Gestión Jurídica.

5. DIRECCIÓN DE ACCESO A TIERRAS. 5.1. Subdirección de Acceso a Tierras en Zonas Focalizadas. 5.2. Subdirección de Acceso a Tierras por Demanda y Descongestión. 5.3. Subdirección de Administración de Tierras de la Nación.

6. DIRECCIÓN DE ASUNTOS ÉTNICOS. 6.1. Subdirección de Asuntos Étnicos.
