ARTICULO III

Para la ejecución del presente Convenio, las Altas Partes Contratantes se concederán recíprocamente todas las facilidades posibles de conformidad con la leyes vigentes en ambas, y se otorgarán el tratamiento de nación más favorecida en todo los asuntos que son objeto de intercambio cultural previsto en este Convenio.
