El artículo octavo del Decreto 1373 de 1986 quedará así: Para ser Director de la Escuela Judicial es requiere tener título profesional en ciencias jurídicas y experiencia administrativa y docente no inferior a tres años. La experiencia administrativa deberá referirse al desempeño de funciones afines o similares a las asignadas al Director de la Escuela Judicial.
