º Hasta el 1º de enero de 1954 se eximen de los derechos de registro las escrituras de traspaso que hagan las sociedades de cualquier naturaleza a favor de otras sociedades, siempre que éstas últimas tengan siquiera el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del interés social de las primeras, según certificado que expida la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas.
