Art. 71. No constituyendo propiedad literaria, conforme al Art. 7.°, las doctrinas, opiniones y sistemas, no será defraudador el que reproduzca las ideas bajo un método, arreglo y ejecución distintos.

Pero si se atribuyere como suyo un método o sistema inventado por otro, el autor despojado tendrá acción civil y podrá obtener de la justicia que su nombre se cite y se le restituya el honor de la invención.
