Artículo tercero. Las multas de que habla el Decreto Reglamentario que se modifica por medio del presente, serán satisfechas en la respectiva oficina de Hacienda Nacional diez (10) días después de que la providencia que las impuso haya quedado en firme. Vencido el término, el respectivo funcionario de Hacienda Nacional debe iniciar el correspondiente juicio ejecutivo, por jurisdicción coactiva, fundamentándose en la copia de la providencia que impuso la sanción. Queda en esta forma modificado el artículo 11 del Decreto 1137 de 1950, antes citado.
