El pago de los auxilios que se reconozcan se hará personalmente a los damnificados, y la Junta no podrá efectuar ni autorizar gastos con cargo a fondos provenientes del Tesoro Nacional, con fines distintos de los de pagar los auxilios asignados y reconocidos, en cumplimiento de los objetivos de la Ley 109 de 1946, y de los determinados en el presente Decreto.
