ARTICULO 3.8.6.3.- NORMAS APLICABLES A LA LIQUIDACION. Se aplicarán al Fondo Mutuo de Inversión las reglas previstas por el Código de Comercio para la liquidación de Sociedades por acciones, en todo aquello que no sea contrario a su régimen legal o su naturaleza.
