º EXAMENES SICOFISICOS EN EL EXTERIOR, DEFINICION SITUACION MILITAR. Los colombianos en edad militar que residiendo en el exterior deban inscribirse ante las autoridades consulares colombianas, de conformidad con las normas sobre la materia, se someterán al examen de capacidad sicofísica según lo establecido en el presente Decreto; dicho examen debe ser practicado preferencialmente por un médico colombiano o por médicos oficiales del país donde residen, debiendo su firma ser autenticada por el respectivo Cónsul.
