Los Distritos de Adecuación de Tierras construidos o adquiridos por el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, Incora, o recibidos por este instituto de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, Caja Agraria, del Instituto de Fomento Eléctrico y de Aguas, Electraguas, pasarán a ser patrimonio del Himat y su administración podrá ser entregada a las respectivas asociaciones de usuarios. Igualmente, se trasladarán al Himat los saldos por concepto de cartera pendiente de recaudar por inversiones realizadas en dichos Distritos.
