º Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto por el articulo 14 del Decreto 2290 de 1993, apruébase la reforma de estatutos del Banco de Colombia S.A., considerada y autorizada por la Junta Directiva de esa entidad actuando como Asamblea de Accionistas en sesión llevada a cabo el día 20 de diciembre de 1993, según consta en Acta número CXIX, cuyo texto es el siguiente:
