º. La Federación Nacional de Cafeteros expedirá para cada compra de café que efectúe, según el artículo 2º de este decreto, un comprobante especial en los formularios que al efecto se adopten, del cual se entregará al interesado únicamente el original, debidamente firmando por el jefe respectivo del almacén de depósito, y solamente este original servirá para los fines a que se refiere el presente decreto.
