°. Establecimientos educativos estatales. Todos los establecimientos educativos estatales del municipio deberán estar organizados en instituciones y en centros educativos en los términos establecidos en el artículo 9° de la Ley 715 de 2001, de tal manera que garanticen la continuidad de los estudiantes en el sistema educativo formal y el cumplimiento del calendario académico.
