Art. 68. En los Circuitos Judiciales en que hubiere un Juez de lo civil y otro de lo criminal, de los impedimentos y recusaciones del uno conocerá el otro Juez, quien, llegado el caso, asumirá el conocimiento del negocio ó negocios de que debiere conocer el Juez impedido. Los suplentes no serán llamados en estos casos por impedimento ó recusación de todos los principales.
