Artículo cuarto. Los colombianos de nacimiento y los españoles de origen que se hayan nacionalizado en el otro país, recuperarán su propia nacionalidad y los derechos y deberes consiguientes, en el caso de que readquieran su domicilio anterior y cumplan los requisitos exigidos por la legislación de su país originario.
