ARTICULO 132 . Garantía de los derechos humanos . Los agentes del Ministerio Público deben garantizar que en todas las actuaciones se observen los derechos humanos y formularán denuncia de cualquier violación a los mismos. Igualmente están obligados a proteger los derechos de los condenados y deberán actuar ante los jueces de ejecución de penas en todo lo relacionado con las funciones de éstos.
