LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Articulo 10º. El auxilio funerario para los afiliados que fallezcan en servicio, serán cubiertos por la respectiva Caja de Previsión Social, en cuantía equivalente a un mes de sueldo básico sin exceder de ($3.000.00).
