Restablécese la clase de taquigrafía en la Escuela Normal de Instituciones de Bogotá, y nómbrase para desempeñarla al Hermano Gervasio, con la obligación de dictar la enseñanze de otras materias que para el efecto le señale el Consejo Directivo de la Escuela. Comuníquese y publíquese.
