Artículo único. Abrase al Poder Ejecutivo, con la imputación que en seguida se expresa, el siguiente crédito adicional:

Artículo 750 bis. Para atender al pago de las sumas que se adeuden a los señores Ramón Brugés y Antonio Larrazábal, por sueldos devengados como empleados de la Oficina Telegráfica de Villanueva (Magdalena), en los años de 1991 a 1903 y 1905 a 1906, previo al reconocimiento y ordenación de pago correspondiente, hasta $ 1,915.
