En Los Departamentos En Donde No Existan Aún Juntas Departamentales De Obras Públicas Pasarán Las Cuentas De Que Trata El Artículo Anterior Los Habilitados Que Para Tal Efecto Designen Los Gobernadores

° En los Departamentos en donde no existan aún Juntas Departamentales de Obras Públicas pasarán las cuentas de que trata el artículo anterior los Habilitados que para tal efecto designen los Gobernadores.

Parágrafo

Estos empleados tendrán como honorarios el 5 por 100 de las sumas que administren.
