ARTICULO 1 º Apruébase el Acuerdo número 003 del 3 de mayo de 1993, emanado del Consejo Directivo del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, cuyo texto es el siguiente: <<ACUERDO NUMERO 003 DE 1993 (Mayo 3 de 1993) "Por el cual se adoptan los Estatutos del Instituto de Seguros Sociales" El Consejo Directivo del Instituto de Seguros Sociales en ejercicio de las facultades que le confiere el numeral 13 del artículo 9º del Decreto 2148 de 1992, ACUERDA:
