° Mientras el Gobierno reglamenta todo lo concerniente a inmigración, la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, atenderá lo relativo a este ramo en colaboración con el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, en las mismas condiciones en que lo venía haciendo el Instituto de Colonización e Inmigración.
