Artículo noveno. Los programas de los cursos de profesionalización de que trata el artículo octavo, se estructurarán teniendo en cuenta las necesidades académicas de los docentes de común acuerdo entre el Centro Experimental Piloto y la Escuela Normal respectiva. La Dirección General de Capacitación y Perfeccionamiento Docente, Currículo y Medios Educativos del Ministerio de Educación Nacional deberá aprobar la programación adoptada.
