La Caja dispondrá, además, para incrementar sus recursos de un préstamo mensual que él Instituto de Crédito Territorial le otorgará en cuantía igual al diez por ciento (10%) de las entradas que el Instituto haya tenido en el mes anterior por auxilios o aportes del Estado. Estos préstamos devengarán un interés del tres por ciento (3%) anual y serán cubiertos en el plazo de 20 años por el sistema de amortización gradual.
