ARTICULO 29. Los Oficiales retirados y los Profesores Civiles del ramo de Guerra tendrán derecho a que el Ministerio de Guerra les confiera la Medalla "Francisco José de Caldas", en la categoría de Profesor, cuando cumplan cinco y diez años, respectivamente, al servicio de las Fuerzas Militares como profesor.
