ARTICULO 9° . Se destinarán para la Universidad Nacional, el Instituto Cancerológico, el Instituto Dermatológico y el CEADS una partida hasta de 25 mil millones de pesos para operaciones de compra de terrenos y otros para la Fundación San Juan de Dios. Tales partidas se entregarán en virtud de un plan de reestructuración y se aclarará en el Segundo Debate. Este Plan de Reestructuración deberá ser aprobado previamente a los giros por el Ministerio de Salud, de Hacienda y la Superintendencia de Salud.
