Cédese al expresado Municipio de Marmato gratuitamente el dominio del inmueble denominado "La Cumbia," situado en dicho Municipio y delimitado así: por el frente, con el camino que conduce de Marmato a Echandía; por la parte alta, con predio de Israel Ardila; por la parte posterior, con la cañada de Santa Inés; y por la parte baja, con la casa llamada de "Cartón," de propiedad nacional.
