Art. 7. ° El Poder Ejecutivo destinará para local de la Academia Vásquez uno de los edificios nacionales de la capital, procurando elejir el mas apropiado al objeto que se propone esta lei, i cuyo arreglo i reparación para acomodarlo al servicio de la Academia imponga menos gastos al Tesoro.
