Decreto 1781 de 1944 · Por el cual se reforman los artículos 3o. de la Ley 128 de 1941 y 5o. de la Ley 66 de 1942.

Desde la fecha de este Decreto, la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros podrá liquidar en dinero o en especie, el impuesto de que trata el artículo 5o. de la Ley 66 de 1942, sobre la cantidad de café de inferior calidad, equivalente al 6% del grano destinado a la exportación y expedirá en cada caso al exportador un certificado en el que se acredite la forma en que se haya hecho tal liquidación.

Quedan en estos términos reformados los artículos 3o. de la Ley 128 de 1941 y 5o. de la Ley 66 de 1942.
