Agotamiento De Existencias De Producto Y Empaques En El Mercado

Decreto 386 de 2018 · Por el cual se establece el trámite para la obtención del registro sanitario de antivenenos, se simplifica el procedimiento para su renovación o modificación, y se dictan medidas para garantizar su disponibilidad.

AGOTAMIENTO DE EXISTENCIAS DE PRODUCTO Y EMPAQUES EN EL MERCADO. LOS antivenenos a los que se les haya otorgado el registro sanitario podrán agotar las existencias del medicamento con el número del registro sanitario inicialmente asignado, hasta la vida útil del producto aprobada por el Invima. En el caso de tener material de empaque con el número de registro sanitario inicialmente asignado, dicha situación deberá ser informada al Invima, con el fin de permitir el agotamiento, de acuerdo con el procedimiento que para tal fin señale esa entidad.

Parágrafo

Si vencido el registro sanitario permanecen existencias en el mercado, el Invima permitirá a los interesados disponer de ellas dentro del plazo de vida útil aprobada en el registro sanitario.
