Las inhumaciones solamente podrán hacerse en los cementerios municipales y en los privados debidamente autorizados. Los municipios y las personas que tengan cementerios autorizados deben designar los funcionarios indispensables para la administración y la vigilancia de las inhumaciones que en ellos se hagan.
