Artículo cuarto. Para acceder el ejercicio profesional y honorabilidad de que trata el articulo precedente se requieren declaraciones juradas de dos químicos graduados e inscritos rendidas ante un Juez Civil Municipal con la intervención del agente del Servicio Público.

Parágrafo

Esta prueba podrá ser suplida por las declaraciones de dos médicos titulados que den fe de los hechos a que se refieren el anterior artículo.
