Salvo pacto expreso en contrario, el mutuario deberá pagar al mutuante los intereses legales comerciales de las sumas de dinero o del valor de las cosas recibidas en mutuo.

Salvo reserva expresa, el documento de recibo de los intereses correspondientes a un período de pago hará presumir que se han pagado los anteriores.
