° La promoción, dirección y celebración de la IX Feria Internacional de Bogotá a que se refiere el artículo anterior, estará a cargo de la corporación de Ferias y exposiciones s.a. de Bogotá y no implicara, en ningún caso, costo alguno con cargo al presupuesto nacional.
