ARTICULO 10 . Los sindicados de delitos, podrán presentar al Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, en cualquier tiempo, copias auténticas de sentencias, autos interlocutorios y decisiones que aclaren, varíen o modifiquen la situación anotada en los respectivos archivos y prontuarios.
