Los derechos de comercialización de los eventos y escenarios y su difusión por los medios de comunicación pertenecen al Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte, Coldeportes, el cual celebrará con la Empresa Colombiana de Promoción Deportiva, Deportesa, un convenio de operación. Los beneficios que los mismos produzcan se repartirán por partes iguales entre Deportesa, el Comité Olímpico Colombiano, las federaciones deportivas y las ligas, y las ciudades sede y subsedes.
