Adicionar los municipios de Sibundoy, Santiago, San Francisco, Mocoa, Colón, Puerto Caicedo, Orito y Puerto Guzmán, en el departamento de Putumayo y los municipios de Tame y Puerto Rondón en el departamento de Arauca al artículo 1º del Decreto 2875 de2001, el cual modificó el numeral 4º del artículo 1º del Decreto 2195 del mismo año, de conformidad con lo señalado en la parte motiva del presente decreto.
