La Junta Seccional de Salud tendrá la composición y funciones que establecen los artículos 14, 15 y 18 del Decreto 056 de 1975.

Parágrafo

Las Juntas de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud que funcionen en las Intendencias y Comisarías estarán presididas por el Intendente o Comisario.
