Una vez sancionada la presente Ley, el Gobierno por conducto del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, procederá a la construcción de las obras necesarias para el aprovechamiento de las aguas del rio Servitá, en la irrigación del Valle de Enciso, en el Municipio del mismo nombre.
